STAY & LET - THREE LETTING OPTIONS
To make sure there is a letting scheme that meets everyone's needs, we offer three different options when you buy one of our Woodland Homes. Schemes run for a minimum of three months (Silver), one year (Gold) or two years (Platinum and Platinum Plus), but we can discuss extending any of these if you wish.
Silver
You make your property available to let, from a minimum of four weeks up to a maximum of 52 weeks per year. For the remaining weeks, your Woodland Home is yours to enjoy.
Gold
You make your property available to let for a minimum of 12 weeks. For the remaining weeks, your Woodland Home is yours to enjoy.
Platinum and Platinum Plus
You make your property available to let for at least 46 weeks each year. For the remaining six weeks, your Woodland Home is yours to enjoy. This option now offers a minimum guaranteed return, net of all costs, of 6% p.a. for the next two years.
Alternatively, for those looking at a Woodland Home purely as an investment, you can make your property available to us for the full 52 weeks of the year.
