We reckon, the Kernewek-Eva (Cornish for 'Cornish drink') could be the first cocktail ever invented in Cornwall. The delicious combination of vodka, cranberry and ginger beer is the product of our own bar team, and it's proving very popular on The Parkland Terrace.
